Primary Responsibilities:
The Call Center
Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the front line service
representatives to assure the client and their customers receive superior
customer service. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls. Maintain
customer data base with accuracy and resolve customer problems in a timely
manner. Participate in the management of the call center operations.
Desired
Qualifications: Associates degree in a related field and 2-3 years demonstrated
increased responsibility in a Customer Service and/or
