4:00 pm 5:00 pm Workshop Finding and Maintaining Balance: Yoga, Exercise and Other Methods for Finding Relaxation and Reducing Stress This will be a practical workshop that includes demonstration and practice of relaxation techniques, including yoga and exercise.

7:00 pm 9:00 pm 2010 AzCB Banquet Keynote Speaker Aerial Gilbert Aerial Gilbert is the Outreach Manager for Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, California, and she is active within the blindness and visual impairment community as well as within the American Council of the Blind and Guide Dog Users, International. Aerial is also an avid athlete and was chosen to take part in the 2002 Olympic Torch Relay, carrying the Olympic torch through the streets of San Francisco with her Guide Dog at her side. Aerial rows regularly on San Francisco Bay with the Marin Rowing Association, and she has competed successfully in a number of national and international rowing events. Through her work with Guide Dogs for the Blind, her personal courage and spirited enthusiasm for life, Aerial has helped many others understand blindness. At our banquet, she will share her own personal experiences. This is one address you definitely do not want to miss.
