TheSouthern Arizona Chapter of the Blind (SAC) is an affiliate of The Arizona Council of the Blind (AzCB). We are a nonprofit organization made up of blind, visually impaired, and sighted Arizonans. The Southern Arizona Chapter’s primary focus is as a Tucson Affiliate of AzCB focusing on issues of the Blind in Southern Arizona.
