The American Council of the Blind of Nebraska is comprised of individuals who are blind as well as those who are concerned about the dignity and well-being of the blind. Additionally, our membership, in the spirit of our state motto of "people first - causes second" impacts society positively thus making a difference in the lives of all blind and visually impaired Nebraskans.
