Conference Call Board Meeting
February 14, 2005
The meeting was called to order by President Chris Gray at 8:38pm Central Standard Time.
Roll call was taken by the secretary.
President Gray spoke about the death of Jim Olsen, CFO, on February 13, 2005. We discussed who might be attending the funeral on Thursday, February 17, 2005.
Melanie relayed that she had spoken with the Minneapolis office staff.
Chris reported that the 2004 books have not been closed yet. He thought Melanie should be the contact person in the short term.
General consensus is that Melanie Brunson will go to Minneapolis to oversee the office there.
President Gray asked if anyone had knowledge of the James R. Olsen Scholarship Fund. As time passes, we will contact the family to learn just what they want to do with the scholarship money.
Oral Miller stated he would be attending the funeral and speaking on behalf of ACB.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35pm.
