The host affiliates of the American Council of the Blind (listed above) are planning a regional convention that will help you connect with many of the people you want to reach in one place at one time. Consistently, in convention evaluations, participants put meeting with exhibitors at or close to the top of their list of reasons for attending. The exhibits will be close to the action, and the convention schedule has been designed to allow participants the maximum opportunities to visit your table.
Saturday, the fifteen sessions will be focusing on issues for which your products and services are the solutions. Books and book readers, cell phones and beyond, transportation and pedestrian safety, education and technology training, low vision, support groups and services, and guide dog use are several of the subjects covered.
The Mid-Atlantic ACB Affiliates’ Convention is offering several attractive opportunities for you to get your name in front of convention participants. Sponsorships – designating your company or organization as the sponsor of one of the convention events, exhibit table, advertising in the convention program, door prizes, and auction items are all great ways to show your appreciation for our patronage and great ways to keep your name out there.
Your support will help keep the cost of our convention within the reach of all who are interested in coming. Any surplus will be used to forward our ongoing work of supporting people who are blind and visually impaired in their efforts to live independent, productive, fulfilling lives. Please choose one of the options on the enclosed form, and contact Terry Pacheco today to reserve your spot at the Mid-Atlantic ACB Affiliates’ Convention. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
Thank you for your tax-deductible contribution and for your continued support of ACB’s advocacy and activities. Your support makes such a positive difference in the lives of all the people who are blind and visually impaired who live their lives and spend their days in the Mid-Atlantic region.
