Hi Robert,

As the first and founding president of AAVL in 1998, I intend to remain
loyal until the last hurrah!

Subject: [aavl] WHY ARE SO MANY UNSUBSCRIBING?

  Members of the AAVL list:

I just got about 10 messages about that many members unsubscribing from
the list. I thought the list would be a good idea so that we can get
notices out to our group. For example, Bill listed (rather nicely, too) the
slate of officers for the election.

I am wondering if something is malfunctioning and people are being taken
off even though they don't intend to leave?

QUESTION: Is there enough interest to keep the list going. I don't mind
taking time to administer the list. Let me know your thoughts?
