Hi Teddie-Joy: Although we don't know each ^o very well, since
you exhibited special interest in the concept embraced by AAVL,
since you were its founder, I'd like to know if you would like to
be nominated to take over the pffesidity. I'd be happy to
nominate you, if you are willing. Please let me know your
feelings on this. M. J. Schmitt

interested in filling that position? We may be without a past
president until the next election. When will that take place?
Is Oral Miller interested in running for President. If not, he
would be official past president when another one is elected.

> It was mentioned that Nola was the past president when Doc
was president. The question was is Nola still the past president
after Doc resigned. Now if Doc had been voted out, he would
become past president displacing Nola. However, he resigned and
cannot be considered as such. He has simply left being an
officer and, even though he may have contributed much, he doesn't
figure into the structure of officers anywhere.
> I believe the past president before Doc was Nola. The past
president after Mr. President Doc resigned is still Nola.
