hay rob. I took the liberty to email Marlaina, and say Oral Miller would be the deligate and you as alternate.  I told her we needed no chairs as we would be sitting in our respective states.  I hope thats alright with you.  but Oral told me to handle all communications for 
aavl for the convention.
