[aavl] Board meting?

Hello AAVL Board Members,

I am writing to let you know that I will be bringing to the Reno meetings,
the original charter I received in 1999 for the  AAVL affiliate status in
the American Council of the Blind.  I will also be bringing my certificate
of Life Membership in AAVL and some other AAVL documents.  Who will be  the
caretaker of these documents?  Thanks.

  I have a board of directors' meeting marked on my calendar for 9:30 this
evening.  But I haven't seen a reminder message and don't have dial-in info
from the last conference call.
