Hello Teddi-Joy,

I have corrected the spelling of your name wherever it appears in the
minutes.  Sorry for the mistake, I should have known better as I have your
business card.

You may recall that in July of 2011 at the annual meeting you and I were
asked to work on a statement about the affiliate which could be given to
prospective members.  I never followed through with you on this.  AS you may
know I was quite ill in August, and had to have one of my toes amputated.  I
was in the hospital for nine days on IV anti-biotics.  The whole thing left
me quite weak and lacking in energy for months.  I am better now, and would
be happy to work with you on this.  I know you were interested in the
possibility of disolving the affiliate, but since we will not be discussing
this until the annual meeting I thought it might be good to work on this
assignment.  Maybe we will find more interest than we think.

I would be happy to work on a draft and send it to you for your response.
Let me know if this seems right to you.  If you would prefer to work on the
first draft that would be all right with me.  I offered to do it as a way of
getting started.

Hello Marilyn,

The only correction I see is the correct spelling of my name.  It is
Teddie-Joy Remhild.  Teddie-Joy is my first name, not two separate names.

Hi everyone,

Now that you have the minutes, please review them and let me know if there
are any problems.

I would also appreciate it if board members would save them so that you can
review them before the next meeting.  I find it difficult to read a print
copy and the only way I can get a braille copy is to do it myself with slate
and stylus.  Very time consuming.
