I will check the minutes and send you your committee memberships and 
colleagues.  You and I were appointed to do so many things I can't remember 
it all.  I don't have time to check the minutes right now, but I will do it 
as soon as possible and let you know.  I will also be  calling you about the 
committee we were appointed to at the general meeting.  I would have done 
this before, but I was quite ill the late part of the summer and early fall 
and not up to doing much of anything.

You are right that I will getting the last board meeting out soon.  My 
record on this is not too great, but I anticipate this recording will be 
difficult because of the technical problems we had and want to get the job 
done.  Also people need reminding of their assignments.
