Subject: [leadership] Welcome ViewPoints Plus to ACB Radio,a new program
with Peter Torpey and Nancy Goodman-Torpey

Mark your calendars for each Wednesday night beginning at 10PM Eastern! ACB
Radio is proud to present a new show: ViewPoints Plus.

This half-hour weekly show discusses products, services and daily living
tips for people with vision loss. It originates from Rochester, NY under the
auspices of WXXI Reach out Radio, the local radio reading service, and ACB
Radio is proud to become an on-air partner with the creators of this
program.

ViewPoints is hosted and produced by Peter Torpey and Nancy Goodman Torpey.
The executive producer is Ruth Phinney of WXXI Reach out Radio in Rochester,
NY. The program will air each Wednesday at 10PM Eastern, and repeat every
two hours on ACB Radio Mainstream.

On this week’s show, you will hear a discussion about extreme sports for the
blind: skiing. Meet Staci Mannella, a young visually impaired woman whose
goal is to compete in downhill skiing in the 2014 Paralympics. Learn about
how you can find opportunities to ski in your area; hear Peter Torpey
describe his first fore into the world of skiing for the Blind.

Again, this program will air on Wednesdays at 10PM Eastern and repeat every
2 hours for the next 24.
