  marylynn, i do remember that you were appointed chair of the program committee for the convention.  I was asked to be on that committee and I believe john huffman were your other members.   teddie joy is convention deligate and deligate to the canidates meeting.  the other committee was the choosing officers for election committee and that was Teddie,  Rachel and I don't remember who.  if you need any more help please call on me.     I will check the minutes and send you your committee memberships and 
    colleagues.  You and I were appointed to do so many things I can't remember 
    it all.  I don't have time to check the minutes right now, but I will do it 
    as soon as possible and let you know.  I will also be  calling you about the 
    committee we were appointed to at the general meeting.  I would have done 
    this before, but I was quite ill the late part of the summer and early fall 
    and not up to doing much of anything.

    You are right that I will getting the last board meeting out soon.  My 
    record on this is not too great, but I anticipate this recording will be 
    difficult because of the technical problems we had and want to get the job 
    done.  Also people need reminding of their assignments.
