I am so sorry to have missed that AAVL Conference call.  I guess I must have
gotten distracted and the fact is that Friday evenings are not good for me.
So, I just plain forgot.  Well, I'm glad I spoke to you before the call, so
you knew my perspective on most things.  Thanks for your diligence.  See you
in Louisville.

      Hello Everyone.  Attached is a draft of some material I wrote which
could be turned    into a brochure

We would need to decide what the contact system would be.

We would need to decide on    procedures and develop a simple application
form.

At the board meeting on June 8, 2012 it was agreed that I would forward this
and ask that all board members who have comments about it send them to me by
June 25.

At last years annual meeting it was agreed that Teddie-Joy and I would work
on this.  She has reviewed it.

If all goes well, we may be able to present this at the annual meeting this
year.
