I am not sure this list reaches all of the board members.  Therefore, I ask each of you board members on this list to double check with other board members you know of to make sure all are alerted.  I would really appreciate it if each of you would confirm with me that you did indeed receive this notification and let me know of any board members who don't seem to be receiving messages from this list.  That would help me so I can subscribe them to this list.

At this time, please note that the national ACB membership database will hence forth include phone numbers for all ACB members.  Also, it will include email addresses whenever that is possible.  These are important so members need to be contacted quickly.

It follows that AAVL members need to contact the membership chair or treasurer with this information so the information can be reported no later than the usual national update on March 15, 2013.

Send in your membership dues earliest possible and be sure to include your information:

1.  Full legal name (your name only, not MR and Mrs so-on-so, just your name)
   If there are more than one in the household who are members, include information for each separately as well as dues for each (a modest $10 for each)

Please help us by doing it earliest possible because we have to have our AAVL database complete before the deadline of 3/15/2013.
