Pat, I know you. You are just trying to sweet talk me into sending you a big, oversized chocolate peanut cookie which neither of us has on our diets. So, too bad. How about 57 candles instead?
at my age, I dare not put candles on the cake. The last time we did, there was afterwards a black smoke stain on the dining room ceiling and the smoke alarm went off and the dog ducked under the living room sofa. My birthday, by the way, is December 13. I'll be 79, and I'm amazed I'm still kicking and haven't lost my sense of humor, although I have lost my ability to remember several things at the same time. Oh well, who cares?
