Hi.  I apologize for the typo in the   beginning of my last 
message.  I forgot to edit the e-mail.   Anyhow, what would 
people think about having the conference call about exercise and 
diabetes on the 12th of November, which  is the second Thursday 
of the month.  Shirley will be able to attend, and hopefully Pat 
might be willing to contribute her experience and expertise to 
this discussion.  Pat was quoted severl times in Dr.  Sheri's 50 
Secrets to Longevity, which talks about how people with both type 
1 and 2 diabetes have been able to live with this disease for a 
long time.  I don't know if we or I should elaborate on various 
longevity tips, or just deal with exercise which is very 
important.  Thanks for any feedback which will be most 
appreciated.  Nancy
