That should work beautifully, although I, myself, would get a gel pack 
rather than the contained liquid pack.  I think I got mine from the 
hospital, but I'll check when I get home tonight and let you know.  Most 
folks I know on insulin do this.  Also, check with a pharmacist.  If the 
insulin is going to be out of the fridge less than 12-24 hours, than the 
freeze pack may not be needed, but as I said, CHECK FIRST, cause this 
also depends on the insulin.  That's my $20 worth.

When are you leaving?  Have fun & be careful.
