Hi Claude:

Yeah, mine did the same thing to me about the Clever Check TALKING 
meter.  They sent it, tried it, but not fully accessible, so I sent it 
back.  It was more like the Prodigy Auto-Code.

So, see if you can give it a test drive (without actually testing 
yourself).  If the company lets you, see if you can setup the meter 
without sighted assistance.  If not, send it back to the company.
