[acb-diabetics] New speaking meter?

I think the jury is still out as to whether the Solo is more accurate than
the Prodigy Voice. From preliminary impressions I've gotten from some blind
diabetics, the Solo *may* give better error indications. But I think more
experience and time are required before anyone can make a solid judgment as
to whether the Solo is more accurate than the Prodigy Voice.

For the record, I think some (though not all) of the bum wrap PV has gotten
in some quarters came from other meter manufacturers that didn't get a good
deal with Medicaid in North Carolina or from blind users who didn't get
enough blood on the PV strips.

I am personally of the opinion that to be sure, blind persons should
*always* set their lancets at max depth; if it doesn't sting, it isn't deep
enough. But that's just my opinion.
