I also have trouble getting enough blood out of my fingers. I heard 
the rubber band idea fairly early on but decided I just wasn't 
coordinated to pull that one off. <grin.>
Oddly enough, the thing that seems to help me the most these days is 
to make sure I run plenty of warm water over not only my fingers, but 
my wrists and hands. Then I actually stand a better chance of getting 
some results when I milk my fingers. Hope this helps some.
