[acb-diabetics] getting blood

Perhaps it's my lack of talent but I've never been able to hold my thumb at the correct angle to keep the blood from smearing. But then my right hand has a broken wrist so perhaps I can't bend it back quite as far. (grin)

  Thank Bill for the tip.  I have never worse my thumb to test my blood sugar until you mentioned it.  I tried it this morning and had no trouble getting enough blood.  Lately I have had to poke my finger two or three times to get enough blood for a reading.
