Hi, Ken.  I understand there was a Gduc board meeting the other 
evening.  I never received an e-mail to that effect, and I feel 
bad.  I sent Ann Kysor an e-mail about this, because  I know her.  
If the message was sent on my line line phone, I didn't listen to 
those messages, for a change.  Very embarrassing, in lieu of the 
fact that I couldn't go to the convention in Burlinggame.    I'll 
have to find out what e-mail address they have for me.  I hope 
all's well with you and Pam.  I received my $1000 check a couple 
weeks ago.  I hope your health and happiness abounds and that you
