Hi All,

Since I was not able to do the call last Thursday some have ask to have it this week.  We will talk about food to help get through this winter and exercise.  Everyone is welcome to join and bring your ideas with you.

The time is:  9 p.m. eastern time, 8 p.m. central time, 7 p.m. mountain and 6 p.m. pacific time.
