[acb-diabetics] gastro peresus Re: ACBDA Conference Call

It's me again. I talked to my doctor's office and she said they are still taking Medicare. I have an appointment on Feb. 3. Maybe you could contact me off list at cpyper at kc.rr.com and tell me about your symptoms in case you don't want to let the entire list know. I've very worried about this. I also have a lot of questions about transplants. If you have a matching donor do you have to wait until they fail completely. And for some reason I am getting bumped off the list and I value this list so much I don't want to lose contact with it. Thanks Bunches. Cathy Pyper

  Hello Kathy,

I have had gastropuritis also. The doctor put me Regulan. When that quit working, he had call a pharmacy in Canda and he sent a prescription for Motilium. That hels me much moiré thanRegulan, but I know Regulan works for some people. Also, eat small amounts of food and eat very small amounts of salad, broccoli and other fibrous. Do not eat befor going to bed..

You can your doc and ask if they know if MediCare is still paying. hHopefully they will know more about this.

This is totally off subject but I can't seem to get my e mails through any other way. I'm looking for information on gastro peresus. Does anyone suffer from it and if so how is it treated. I did some internet research and have stupidly self diagnosed myself with it. I'll call the doctor today but if Medicare is not paying for endocronological visits any longer then I'm not sure what to do. Any help out there?
