Instead of pledging you'll stick to another diet this year, make the
commitment to focus on your overall health and well-being. It's easier than
you think!
Simple changes can go a long way to creating a healthier you...
. Stay full longer by eating more
fiber (Dreamfields packs in
5 grams per serving)
. Watch your intake of carbs (Dreamfields includes only
5 digestible carbs per serving)
. Learn more about the benefits of low glycemic foods (Dreamfields has a
very low GI of only 13)
Looking for that perfect recipe to start the year off right? Head on over to
the recipe section of our website, and don't forget to bring in the new year
on our Facebook page!
Love Tex-Mex inspired foods? Grab your jalapeño peppers and black beans. We
have a Chef Jim Coleman recipe that's sure to have everyone at the dinner
table
saying 'muchas gracias' (many thanks) for serving up this zesty dish.
At under 500 calories per serving, Southwestern Chicken Rotini Soup is the
skinny way to have your pasta and eat it, too. Fine-tune the heat of the
peppers
by using as many or as few as you'd like...the spice really brings out the
flavors of this recipe. Watch the video now, print the recipe, and let's get
cooking!
