the best I can understand is I need to loos about 20 pounds especially around my stomach.  there was a suggnificant drop in my blood sugar at the last test which was after 3 hours.  He said that I only need to test my sugar when I felt there was a drop in my blood sugar.  I am thinking about still testing a few times a week just to see where I am.  I also have a question about measurments of sugar to splenda or artificcial sweetner.  I have a hot chocolate recipe for hot chocolate mix.  what I was wanting to do is replace the sugar with splenda. Can some one tell me if you are supposed to use a cup of sugar or half cup of sugar how much splenda would you use instead?
