[acb-diabetics] results back from glucose tolerence test

This is what I make Diane:
1/2 tsp of cocoa 
1tsp of slplenda or to taste
1 cup of milk
I heat mine in the microwave for 1 minute or more depending how hot you like it.
Note the cocoa is the baking type not sweetened.
