[acb-diabetics] accessible remote for air conditioner

Hi All,

I did not know how many would be interested in this but thought there might be some.

My daughter just bought a 1200 btu Haier window airconditioner.  On the box it said blind accessible.

When she unpacked it she brought the remote over to me so I could see it.  You can feel the buttons real good and by each button is a braille label telling you what the button is for.

I don't know if all of Haier's have the remote but would imagine if one is marked with braille the others would be too.

The braille is not on with lables.  It is right in the plastic of the remote.

Hope this is all right to put on the list but thought this is something people might be interested in.
