[acb-diabetics] Vit. D insufficiency may cause diaabetes

Oh I believe it. I take my Vitamin D every morning. But it cracks me 
up when you listen to the ads on the radio. If it's a women's vitamin 
supplement, Vitamin D is really important because it helps prevent 
breast cancer. If the ad is for a men's ultra vitamin, Vitamin D 
helps prevent colon cancer. We Americans do like to take a good thing 
and go overboard while the evidence is still being gathered though. 
<grin.> Having said all of that, I hope a  lot of what I've heard is 
true! And as I said, I take it every day. <smile!>
