President ACB Diabetes In Action

Hello Dee:
Thank you for your kind words and endorsement of Prodigy® products being a medical necessity for blind people with diabetes.

We will modify the www.prodigymeter.com website within the next two weeks to have a special spot for vision impaired people. Along with new Prodigy® product information we will also be working to gather 100,000 names of vision impaired people, friends, and family members to give Prodigy® muscle to get these products covered by Medicare + insurance plans and on retail store shelves.

I will look forward to speaking at your ACB National Convention on July 11, 2010.
Thanks Dee!
Jerry

Hi Jerry,

I would like to thank everyone who works so hard to make the glocuse meter fully accessible to the blind. I have used a Prodigy meter for about six or seven years now. I have tried some others but they are not fully accessible as I was told they were.

I am so glad to hear that your company is working on a talking pump even though at this time I do not need one.

It is also great to hear that you are coming out with a talking count-a-dose. So far I am not on insulin but I do know if this ever happens this is a product I would want to use.

I just hope that our Government will realize that because of diabetes there many blind people who need this talking equipment and many who cannot afford it. This should all be available to us through our insurance or medicare.

We need to be treated the same as sighted people are.

Thanks again to your company for being so persistent in working on all this equipment making it fully accessible to all people.

  Hello Dee:
I enjoyed talking with you again today.
As we spoke, Prodigy is adding to our talking product line for diabetes many new products this year.
As you requested, I will plan on being at your ACB National Convention in July and I will give a presentation to your members about Prodigy products on July, 11, 2010 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Again, later this month Prodigy will add to our website a place for sight impaired people, friends, and family members to sign up for the target of 100,000 people we need to give Prodigy enough muscle to get insurance companies, retail stores, Medicare/Medicaid to support Prodigy products.
Thanks and I will talk with you soon.
  Jerry
