Okay Dotty! I can add a couple of things to this list.
First, it did give me something to sing about and I sure couldn't 
have written this CD without it. <grin.>
Second, I sure do have first-hand compassion for anyone trying to 
change a life style, break a habit or live with something really 
annoying! Not that I didn't beofre, but there is a heightened sense 
of empathy in a way.
And finally, I suppose it made rheumatoid arthritis seem like less of 
a bummer. Okay, so I'm reaching here. <grin.>
That's my quarter's worth. Thanks for the topic.
