Hello, Veronica,
I was looking through the blood glucose meter section of David Mendosa's site:
http://www.mendosa.com/
and found a Swedish company that seems to produce something like what 
you were describing. The company's website is entirely in Swedish, but 
I did find a phone number in their "Kontakta" section. No one happened 
to answer the phone when I called, but I do know that there is a big 
international exhibition of medical equipment in Germany this week, so 
this may explain why no one was in their office.
