Well, you have to shop for a proficient Dr. just like going to a store
looking for a bargain. I have found that Foreign Dr's seem to be the better
Dr
Mine is from Ciro, Egyp. A wonderful person and excellent bed side manners.
He takes care of my whole family. Walking is always good for keeping your
weight in tact. I have a Cardo Machine and use it about 3 to 4 times a
week.

Good idea Abby, but realize that the web site is not totally
accessible. I have ask and ask for help from Linda Dardarian on this
matter. But Weight Watchers is the best way to go. I tried the Nutri
Systems for diabetics it sucked. Also I gave up on an
endocronoligist. Could not find one smart enough to deal with my
diabetes and blindness. My general physician and I are going to deal with
it.
