Abby, like you I have considered Weight Watchers online also and also like
you, I get the same response from my doctors "Lose weight" or "It would help
if you would lose the weight" I do drink lots of water which only makes me
fill full and intensify my hunger late at night and that emotional eating is
a large monkey on my back! My "comfort" food is not the typical stuff like
ice cream, chocolate, etc... my food of choice is fish-preferrably spot fish
and cat fish. Lol
