This summer I was walking and I was loosing weight. but it was quite warm
even in the evening. now that the weather has cooled down I am still
walking but I am not loosing weight. I have walked several miles I check
this out on the talking pedomitor. but now I am not loosing the weight. I
talked to my doctor today and he said that I need more vicorus exercise.
what he recommended is that I exercise about 30 minutes at a rate where I am
working up a swet. so today I went to a small fitness center where I was
able to get on a tred mill and an exercise bike. of course this cost more
than walking but I will see if I get better results.
