Once again the best place I found was my YWCA. They weren't turned
off by my blindness, and have gone out of their way to give me one on
one instruction when I try a new routine. I do to heart and joint
issues do water arobics, and the life guard helps me with hands on
demonstration the other women get jealous (grin) stating I can't see
either could you show me. If I do the bikes in the room with
equipment someone from the center helps to set it. Just my two cents worth.
