Actually at least the web site is good for that. I click on orginal
tracker and it lets me type in what i ate, and will give me the
points value, and the I go down and plug them in. Also lets me do my
excercise points as well. For example last night I ate tuna noodle
casserole I typed it in the search for all foods box, and it gave me
several choices of types of the dish, and to go with best I took the
one with most points as I like the cheese etc. The hard part was
actually signing up for the e tools. I could not have completed the
process if my step son had not been here. It started out reading all
the edit boxes then near the end it gives no clue of what they want.
