Also, if you're addicted to fast-food like I am and want to correctly
account for the carbs and other nutrition elements and own an iPhone,
there's an app called "Fast Food Cal" that lists very accessibly all the
nutrition facts from a bazillion fast-food restaurants! I have it in a
"health" folder along with the dLife app and the app from WebMD.
