Superfoods Just For Women



In today's world of conscious eating, finding the right foods to consume can 

be a bit of a challenge. Did you know certain foods hold benefits just for 

women? Below are key superfoods that can contribute to women's health:



Wild Alaskan Salmon:



With two kinds of omega-3s in this delicious fish, women can see a benefit 

in pregnancy health, as well as boosting mood.



Wild Blueberries:

nutrient-dense food. Plus, heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids in 

avocados can actually help you lose belly fat.



Red Beans:



They are antioxidants and packed with protein, folate, minerals, and fiber, 

including resistant starch. Resistant starch seems to have several important 

benefits, like boosting the body's ability to burn fat and helping it feel 

full.



Greek Yogurt:



One serving supplies nearly one-fourth of a woman's daily calcium needs, and 

the fat-free variety is packed with twice as much protein as regular yogurt.



As an added bonus, Greek yogurt is loaded with probiotics.



Olive Oil:



A staple of the Mediterranean diet, olive oil has long been linked to heart

Dark Chocolate:
