[acb-diabetics] I feel off but I'm not sure why?

One of the safest things to do is to check your blood sugar before eating
anything. Also, a can of ravioli has plenty of carbs in it to raise your
sugar, but a glucose tab or two or frosting or even 4 oz. Of juice will do a
better job and much faster. If your sugar is low, you should wait a couple
of hours and check it again before doing any exercise. Also, check your
sugar again after doing exercise.

Is a can of Ravioli not a good thing to eat when you feel low blood sugar
comming? I am asking because I got up about 3 hours ago at 5 am, woke up
with a headache (it's 8 am now), got breakfast at about 5:05 (can of
Ravioli) Felt a little better after that. Then I got dressed and all of
that. Walked my dog at 7:00 am and now at 8:10 I feel like I need to go back
top sleep (and I still have a headache)!
