[acb-diabetics] talking bp machine update

have been on bp to protect kidneys since i was diagnosed with diabetes. have 
just started on a stronger bp which will probably take a few more days to 
take effect. will watch more closely to see if bp med. still needs to be 
increased further. thanks!
