[acb-diabetics] Cooling foot cream recommendations.

I’ve noticed that since the temperatures are heating up outside my feet are heating up also. I don’t have any neuropathy at all; but my feet get hot, especially at night, when I’m trying to sleep. I think it’s caused by the heat, wearing sandals or shoes and socks, and definitely by chlorine from swimming. Does anyone out there have any cooling, soothing foot creams that they use on a regular basis? I’ve tried some brands from different shoe stores that have mint in them; but the cooling effect only lasts a few minutes. It’s not always convenient to soak your feet in a tub of cool water. Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
