Michael. I do know you. The dues are $10.00 which gets you our 
quarterly newsletter, and a vote at our annual business meeting. We 
hold a seminar every year at the national convention which usually 
includes a educational speaker, and an update from venders on the 
newest technology for diabetic care. We also will be hosting a lunch 
this year before the seminar, and then holding our business meeting I 
believe on Wednesday. We also hold monthly conference calls where 
each month someone leads a discussion on a topic diabetic related.
