in the may diabetes forecast i read that it's not a good idea to keep 
insulin in a hotel fridge because of the danger of freezing. when i thought 
my insulin could have gotten frozen, my endocronologist said there's more 
damage to insulin when it's warm than when it gets too cold. my solution 
would be to have someone make sure the fridge is set at the temp. you 
usually keep your fridge where you store your insulin. i say all this 
because in dia news for summer, i discussed making sure you have a fridge in 
your room when traveling.
