[acb-diabetics] Advice on good foot care

At present I have no particular problems other than what would seem to be 
age related, 71. I do have some numbness and tingling, along with that 
stiff, leathery feeling to the skin. I walk several miles a week with my 
Guide Dog, Kerwin, and make sure that my feet are clean as well as using 
daily applications of bacterial creams for athletes' foot. The question then 
is, "What other types of activities, apllications or devices might be used 
to maintain or improve blood circulation, nerve function and skin condition? 
Any or all suggestions would be appreciated. I do realize that not 
everything may work or be affordable for everybody. But I thought I would 
ask anyway.
