[acb-diabetics] Insulin Pump: To do or not to do.

I went to a Diabetics Sisters conference in San Diego a few weeks ago.  One
of the reps was there and I asked him why they were not making it
accessible.  No answer, of course.

I accidentally wound up in a really fun conversation with an Animas 
rep the other day about the Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring 
system, which goes with the Animas. I've always liked it a bit better 
than the Medtronix and it's not so expensive either. Anyway, by the 
time we were done with our long yap, between the two of us, we'd 
actually designed a pretty darned accessable system. Now let's see if 
we can take it anywhere. But it was pretty cool. <grin.>
