I wear Dr. Scholl's socks a lot but I've never seen the knee highs. I wear them in crew length, ankle length and low cut. They stay up very nicely but they do snag easily.

I wear diabetic socks also. They do stretch out and have to be replaced. I
have never tried the Dr. Scholl's socks.

last year i started wearing dr. sholes knee highs which are supposed to help
with circulation. i haven't put them on since the weather turned cooler this
year. however, i have been wearing what has been labeled as diabetic sox.
problem with these is that they're stretching, thus drooping so now i'm
leaning toward going back to the knee-highs.
