I hope the attached plan comparison summary is helpful.

You will see that Amerivantage HMO is best on medications - much better than your current plan.
However, the Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO is best on health care provider choice.

And of course, the other option, is to stay with your current plan which is best on maximum out of pocket spending if you use your network doctors.

You can enroll in another plan by calling the "Non members" number listed by each plan.
Or you can simply do nothing and your plan will remain the same for next year.

I am sorry that I missed our appointment and you had to wait so long for your results.
